what i'm learning

A few points I'm trying practice in my day to day.


  • Lunch is the biggest meal of the day.
  • Move around, every hour.
  • Eat until you are 80% full.
  • Be modest; compliment others.
  • Drink water upon rising.
  • Change is hard, but often worth it.
  • Breathe while working / reading email.
  • Some problems merit a lot of thought; avoid continuous partial attention.
  • Take the time to chew properly.
  • Listen to other people's suggestions.
  • Be more compassionate.
  • Finish what you start; or, at least stick with it for a long while.
